Rombongan mak bidan

My personal mak bidan is probably now in KLIA waiting for her flight at 9.40am. What makes me laughed was my mom knew mak bidan had her return tickets already but not her visa. She only realized whether mak bidan has got her visa or not last night. Luckily mak bidan is flying with MAS so, the visa was settled by them unlike Air Asia. Mak bidan in flying with MAS, even i don't. Look how special my mak bidan is.

Mak bidan will arrive in Perth at 4.30 pm (same time as KL). See ya soon!

Everyone i knew is either flying back to KL/Singapore or vice versa while Me & Rif is stuck here waiting for bub. Life's pretty much boring when everyone's left.

Our bub's new ride has arrive on Saturday! yippiiii! While my cousin has the same pram except in yellow colour. Ferrari & bumbble bee

p/s: If i were to earn my living in KL, i wouldn't be buying Stokke. I knew i couldn't even afford it.

whole again

I am now at a worst stage ever. I feel like pulling out my back bone and put it to rest until the due date and to be honest, i really wanna get this over with as quick as possible. I just couldn't stand it any longer. My feet are swollen, i can't stand standing for a long time, i couldn't walk properly anymore, couldn't sleep, i feel the heaviness in me, going to the loo every 10 minutes is not what i dream of, my pelvic bone cracks every now and then, i have rashes, etc. Oh, my baby please come out on the exact date ok

I have a week to go before the due date but my midwives gives bub more time to stay in my tummy up until 42nd weeks only.

Speaking of bub, we're nearly crossing out all the list for the newcomers. The only thing we're waiting now is bub's first stroller

Pagi tadi bangun awal, pukul 5 kut sebab tak tahan nak ke toilet & kat luar tingkap matahari dah naik plak so,bilik dah terang. Kejut org sebelah tapi org sebelah malas nak layan, last-last kite merajuk and gi tido kat depan. Konon-konon nak tunjuk merajuk la,tp org org sebelah tetap buat selengernye dengan meng'ignore' kite. Now that i'm in my 38 weeks

I can't wait to get my hands on bub's red stokke. After considering so many opts, i opt for red because if we're buying a new car later, it'll be in blue colour. I love red but it's a no-no for me if having everything in red. We have been eyeing on few cars with blue colour like Lancer VRX, and Evo X...let Rif decide his colour for once in a while. Now my cousin is head over heel over Stokke too, i told her to get one too so that her bub, Aiden can go on a ride with my bub later. They love it in red colour too since it's suites well with their Evo 7.

Anyway, i dreamt about Allahyarham atuk yesterday morning (yes, i woke up late on Sunday), i hugged and kissed him. He told me he's happy now, more than ever and will keep coming to us from time to time. He was at my parents place in Sentul at that time and was about to go somewhere else. If he's really happy, then i'm happy for him. Truly. Al-fatihah.

Xplory colour decision

I'm in depth confusion on which colour to choose for bub's Stokke Xplory. We're buying it this Saturday and i haven't really made up my mind. I'm in love with Red but Rif prefer Blue. Does red goes with baby boy?

Can you guys help me out here!

If not because of the residency status, we would have own our very first Honday City today. I wish i could use my name for the loan but unfortunately i can't since i'm out of work for the time being. It's not that i'm crazy about City but we have no other choice other than the Mitsubishi Lancer VRX. The only i look for in a car is, the have an iPod compatibility. Unlike Rif, he's looking for something that has paddle shift and so on.

I got an email from my sis showing Allahyarham Atuk's resting place. It made me sad seeing it but i know i have to keep strong not just for him but for bub too.

Since i'm on leave, i have finished watching "My Girl" again with Rif last night. I told him God had shown him his fate earlier when he watched it alone in KL. There's KIA cars in it, which he used to work with, and there were SsangYong and Land Rover too. Which coincidently is what he does for living now. There's another jaguar car being used in that drama so i guess he'll be working for Jaguar later...who knows...it might come true. Amin.

I told him to work with Land Rover for as long as he could and later he could make a demand from Land Rover just like what his supervisor did, moving from Dubai to Perth because he were the best in Australia with more than 10 years experiences and earned big cash. And maybe Rif could demand to move from here to KL while earning Aussie dollar, isn't that great. Amin again.

p/s: met my GP last Tuesday and he told me the baby still hasn't engaged and most probably bun's will be out of the oven a little later than expected.

Confine mum

My confine kit was specially bought by my mum a day before i left for Perth during raya trip from Leesa Formula. They're available in 3 different packages from Set A to Set Premium. As for me, i had the premium set for RM350 and mum had bought extra stuff with it, it all total up about RM400. The stuff you can find in the box are:

I never really thought about confine actually, in fact i don't even think i care especially thinking of eating all those tablets/pills. Luckily, i have my mum & sis for all the support. Oh yeah, my sis will be coming here on the 17th til 5th Dec. Mum will be coming a little late than her.

p/s: i have no idea how long should i take my maternity leave. i'm thinking for a year perhaps, until bub is big enough for me to send to nursery. but then, it's not good for my career as well.

Maternity leave

I am officially on leave now. I have started my maternity leave...yeehaaa!

Never did i imagine myself be taking this leave in my whole life.

I am overwhelmed with what my colleagues gave to me, all the baby stuff i needed.

I had an appointment with my midwife the other day and she said my bub is around 2.5 to 2.8 kg now and yes again i was wrong, i didn't lose weight to 60kg but i did maintain my weight to 63kg. And she also said when the bun's gone out of the oven, he'll be no more than 3.4kg, according to my weight now.

At 36 perfect weeks, i had the Group B streptococcal disease test taken, by doing a swab of the recturn and vagina.

p/s: i've borrowed 5 korean dramas from my cousins. This'll keep me busy during the day.

p/s # 2: Since i'm gone, i won't get to see my colleagues enjoying their "Melbourne Cup" in the office with all the fancy hats and dress.

Braxton hicks

Had our most probably last appointment with GP after work at 5.40pm and guess what from 63kg, i lost weight to 60kg. This is not good, i meant for bub. It probably happen because i knew for this couple weeks i've been working hard in the office, nonstop. Doc also gave me a shot of swine flu antibiotic and now my left arm felt numb. Luckily i had all my check-ups for free.

Yesternite we tried putting in our baby car seat into a Mini Cooper, my cousin bring home from his office so that we could test drive it but unfortunately, fitting in the the car seat was a big problem for us. We decided, a mini wouldn't be good for the baby. argh!

My body and my tummy is getting huge by the day and people can really notice how i breathing heavily especially after a long walk or a long standing. I didn't eat a lot like before too. I had my 3 course meal the same amount as i used to have when not being pregnant. No wonder i lose weight. I didn't eat junk food nor allow Rif to eat junk food. I just don't like it and hate it when seeing Rif loves eating it more than anything. It's good right, it's good that i care about him.

p/s: i can't hardly wait to get my hands on bub's stroller next weekend, the Stokke Xplory

Sees him everywhere

Life has been pretty gloomy since Tuesday the 20th. I know everyone's been telling me it's ok i couldn't be there but there's a glimpse inside me that still crying over Allahyarham Atuk. I am not strong like the rest. If were able to go back, i would.

The day after Atuk's gone, we went out after work with Abg Adam & Abg Nizar to the local Mitsubishi dealer to take a look at the 09 Lancer VRX. We wanted to buy a cheap new car/second-hand but the standard model doesn't have much that we expected, like people always say you'll get what you pay. We instantly fell in love with the VRX specs, also known as Lancer GT in Malaysia as they come in with a more sporty looks than the standard specs. Except in Malaysia, it was build with a 2.0 engine while in here is 2.4 engine. Compare to Malaysian's specs, VRX in here is equipped with Rockford Fosgate audio system which i know in Malaysia, this kind of audio system worth a thousands. Car enthusiast like Rif knows this is the closest he can gets before buying his long dream car Mitsubishi Evolution X. We can buy the standard specs of Evo X that only cost a few thousand bucks more than the VRX but it won't have CVT equipped with it because you know how stupid i can be when driving a manual. The full specs of Evo X, Evo X MR is the bomb! We wanted that but it'll cost us a bomb as well.

It wasn't Lancer that we aiming for actually. We wanted, or should i say i wanted a Mini Cooper/Mini Clubman/Volkswagon Beetle for my own usage but i know later on i'll be having problems with fitting baby car seat into it and even the stroller. It was selling for a decent price, that's why i am dare enough to say "i wanted". While Rif wanted a 5 series BMW but on second thoughts, buying a second hand car requires services and extra care after buying it. Although i know, Rif's alone can do all the servicing but it's not worth the money.

Before, i thought we could fit everything inside our WRX but luck was not on our side. Since the car's we're using right now is equipped with bucket seat front to back, i had to recline my seats all the way to the front if i wanted to put in the baby car seat and Rif had to seat alone in front while me and bub at the back. I don't wanna end up like that for the whole year next year. Plus, you know how "garang" WRX engine is even the standard's ones. I told you before we had change to a smaller muffler so that bub can later sleep in the car but with the current sound of it, i don't really think bub can really sleep at all. Now i know, WRX is not suitable for kids.

p/s: we're waiting an answer from the bank on Monday. Let's pray bub can get his hand on the new car.

p/s #2: i'm glad i went back for Raya last month, i'm glad i had the chance to take really great care both of my grandparents, i'm glad they stay over at mum's place and i'm glad i got to see them everyday for the whole 2 weeks i'm back.
